Rockford Christian Fellowship Band is a volunteer concert band whose primary purpose is to provide music and ministry to those who could not otherwise go to a band concert, such as local nursing and retirement homes and the Rockford Rescue Mission. We also perform public concerts at churches and other venues in the Rockford, Illinois area. All public concerts are free, but we do accept a free will offering to support the band and its ministry. Our repertoire consists of hymn arrangements, worship and praise songs, chorales, marches, and concert band staples. Our style can range from Bach chorales to a full concert band sound and even to some jazz arrangements.
